4th Generation Celiac

2nd and 3rd Generation Celiac

1st Generation Celiac

Hi, I am Noreen Fitzmaurice and I have Celiac Disease.  My grandmother had it, my mother has it, I have it and my son also has it.  So, as you can imagine, I have a lot of experience dealing with living a gluten free life in a world that is not always gluten free friendly.

We started The Celiac Cakery to make sure that children, particularly, who suffer from Celiac Disease could have a delicious, gluten free, decorated cake for their birthday parties.

It has grown from there to include wedding cakes, cupcakes and donuts for classroom treats and other special occasion cakes for both adults and children. The gluten free recipes have had to be modified to accommodate the many dairy free clients we began to get and now we can do gluten free, dairy free, soy free, corn free and even egg free products for our multi-allergy customers.

We started the cooking classes due to the many requests we had to show people how make delicious gluten free food in their own homes.  These are very popular, only 5 people attend each class and they make every recipe themselves and bring home the food they make.  We work hard for the two hours but we have fun as well.

Finally, we have the gift boxes.  These provide an easy way for people to give a food gift to somebody suffering from celiac disease or other allergies who can't often eat much from a standard gift  basket.

‚ÄčOur mission is to make the lives of people who suffer from celiac disease and other allergies a little easier and tastier!  I hope we succeed!
